SIXTEEN YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

This restaurant does not stop surprising you with its delicious creations, elaborated in its wood oven brought from Italy. In this monumental stove, in Emilia the select cuts are cooked vertically, allowing the irresistible pieces of meat to retain their appetizing natural juice.
To accompany one of his fine cuts, the chef suggests his traditional Pasta Emilia, or succulent ravioli. Pasta Emilia is prepared with sautéed asparagus and shrimp, dipped in saffron sauce and a little olive oil. The ravioli pasta is home-made in a traditional way, filled with salmon, then covered with a dill sauce, exclusive to our restaurant.
The Rib Eye presented shows its unique characteristic of vertical cooking hence it receives the name Rib Eye Hung. If you invite someone to Emilia Restaurant, with all this exquisiteness it will be impossible to be left hung.
